Changeover day is Saturday. Guests are requested not to arrive before 4pm and to vacate the property not after 10am to allow for a smooth changeover.

We regret pets are not allowed.

EXCHANGE RATE

Prices are advertised in pounds sterling and this is the preferred currency. However, in the case of last-minute bookings (or if payment in euros is preferred by the renter) payment can be paid in euros on arrival by prior arrangement - which is not linked to the fluctuating exchange rate of the pound. Special Rates for long-term winter lets available on request.

HEATING

For short term holiday lets: Gas central heating is installed in the cottage and is an additional charge on a meter at cost price. During the months of April and September it can be chilly in the evenings and electric radiators can be provided for this purpose which are charged on a meter - at cost price.

Prices include hot water, electricity*, towels and bedding. *Except heating with electric radiators.

Please Note: If heating is required, the meter will be read at the end of each week booked and is to be paid on a weekly basis in euros.
